Description
Key responsibilities:
* Lead Infrastructure, Information Security, Development, and Data areas, promoting team development and ensuring deliverables;
* Ensure operational continuity of IT services through SLA management, efficient support, and environment stability;
* Manage contracts, vendors, and technological resources, ensuring legal compliance, quality, and cost efficiency;
* Administer IT infrastructure (servers, networks, telecom, and systems), ensuring availability, performance, and security;
* Structure, standardize, and document processes, promoting organization, traceability, and operational scalability;
* Control software and hardware assets and licenses, mitigating legal, financial, and security risks;
* Ensure information security and compliance with the LGPD, including access management, risk monitoring, and incident response;
* Ensure compliance with software vendors' regulatory requirements;
* Implement and monitor data protection controls, ensuring data integrity and appropriate information handling;
* Coordinate system development, ensuring technical quality, security, and alignment with business needs;
* Prioritize requests from internal departments, organizing the backlog based on criticality and impact;
* Monitor system and service performance, driving continuous improvement;
* Provide managerial reports and strategic analyses to support Executive Management;
* Collaborate closely with leadership to position IT as a strategic function, driving innovation and digital transformation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields;
* Minimum of 3 years of experience managing IT teams;
* Experience in infrastructure management, information security, development, and IT governance;
* Knowledge of LGPD, contract management, and vendor management;
