**Who are we?** AMAGGI's first unit, Sementes Maggi, was inaugurated in 1977 in São Miguel do Iguaçu, Paraná. Moreover, since 1997, it has contributed to local and human development in the communities where it operates, positioning itself as a partner in the sustainable development of these regions through the André and Lucia Maggi Foundation. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Perform cleaning of the industrial facility, organizing both internal and external areas of the complex, aiming at conservation and maintenance of premises and environmental preservation. 2\. Clean the yard by sweeping and removing daily accumulated residue, ensuring internal conservation and aesthetics of the company. 3\. Trim grass using a backpack brush cutter, mini tractor, and other necessary tools. 4\. Paint curbs, stairs, handrails, and company equipment using brushes, paints, and other materials, aiming for a professional company appearance. 5\. Transport waste using appropriate equipment, completing checklists according to the activity, identifying the need for preventive or corrective maintenance, and informing the immediate supervisor to ensure proper equipment operation. 6\. Assist in civil works maintenance and painting activities, such as concrete pouring, floor repairs, curb repairs, paving, etc. 7\. Provide support to other areas of the industrial facility whenever required. 8\. Actively participate in and contribute to the implementation of AMAGGI’s corporate programs and initiatives, such as OSH (Occupational Safety and Health), Continuous Improvement, Quality and Food Safety Management System (QFSMS), Reliability, Socio-environmental, Compliance, and Asset Security, among others. 9\.
