Additionally, since 1997, it has contributed to local and human development in the communities where it operates, positioning itself as a partner in the sustainable development of these regions through the André and Lucia Maggi Foundation. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for receiving and shipping, standardization, sorting, warehousing, and shipping of products through equipment operation, as well as monitoring and supervising machinery, performing minor maintenance interventions, guiding and directing other team members during their shifts on operational processes to meet unit procedures and targets, safely and with quality. **Required Qualifications:** * High school diploma; * Knowledge and certification (documented training) to perform grain sampling and classification activities (soybean and corn) and quality-related topics.
