Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning shipment points, negotiating freight rates, managing cargo loading, and ensuring compliance with COFCO International’s logistics and commercial operations. The company is accelerating its growth to build an excellent agricultural supply chain anchored in China and competitive on a global scale. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Plan shipment points according to commercial openings; * Analyze commercial contracts, execution month, destination, and purchase freight versus tariff; * Obtain freight quotations for shipment locations; * Negotiate with transport providers regarding shipment point coverage; * Analyze the regional freight market; * Ensure loading adherence to transport providers as per the shipment plan; * Support the management of truck quotas and scheduling; * Monitor truck transit and unloading adherence; * Coordinate with the quality department regarding rejected cargoes and their disposition; * Control execution timelines for shipment volumes per commercial contract; * Arrange for the classifier at the shipment point with certifying bodies and manage FOB 0; * Ensure compliance with laws, internal procedures, and COFCO’s ethical standards. **Requirements:** Completion of high school education or currently pursuing higher education. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required. Knowledge of Road Logistics is desirable. Must reside in Sorriso/MT. COFCO International is an equal opportunity employer.
