If you are a technical reference, prioritize quality, and know how to engage a team to deliver safe, results-driven outcomes, this position is for you! Handling of consumables at the workplace and other routine responsibilities of the role. **Your Responsibilities:** * **Quality Control:** Visually inspect welds to ensure compliance with project specifications and technical standards. * **Reading and Interpretation:** Interpret technical drawings and determine the most appropriate welding procedures for each component. * **Process Management:** Monitor consumption of consumables (gases, electrodes, wires) and maintain welding machines. * **Safety (PPE):** Ensure all team members use proper personal protective equipment and strictly adhere to occupational safety regulations. * **What We Seek (Requirements):** * **Proven Experience: Solid hands-on experience as a welder and prior leadership/supervisory experience.** * **Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of MIG/MAG, TIG, and Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) processes.** * **Education: Certification as a Welding Inspector or a Technical Degree in Metallurgy/Mechanical Engineering is a strong advantage.** * **Drawing Interpretation: Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical technical drawings.** * **Leadership: Problem-solving orientation, strong communication skills, and ability to manage conflicts.** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Contract Compensation: R$3\.080,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Experience: * TIG welder (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
