Participate in continuous improvement projects **Description**: Responsible for supporting facilities services management, ensuring the proper functioning of the company's physical infrastructure through monitoring of building maintenance, conservation, cleaning, asset security, reception, utilities, and other support services. Contribute to operational continuity, internal customer service, process efficiency, and compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards. **Responsibilities**: Support facilities and industrial infrastructure management; Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of building installations; Monitor the execution of outsourced service providers’ activities, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines; Manage service orders, maintenance schedules, and departmental KPIs; Support contract management, technical documentation, and facilities-related costs; Conduct facility inspections to identify improvement opportunities; Address internal customers’ requests related to infrastructure and support services; Participate in continuous improvement projects, layout adjustments, and optimization of industrial environments. **Requirements**: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Maintenance Management, or related fields; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; Experience in facilities, building maintenance, infrastructure, or supplier management is desirable.
