Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to work in the tax area, focusing on direct and indirect taxes, analysis of tax returns, and internal support on tax-related matters within a transformational environment. In recent years, we have acquired companies across Latin America and are now seeking talents who embrace challenges and wish to participate in a major transformation.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Calculate and determine direct and indirect taxes (federal, state, and municipal). * Prepare, review, and analyze tax returns and ancillary obligations, such as SPED Fiscal, GIA-ST, DCTF, DIRF, among others. * Monitor ongoing changes in tax legislation, ensuring accurate interpretation and application. * Support internal departments with tax-related questions and decisions involving tax impact. * Interact with tax authorities, ensuring clarity and quality of information provided. * Contribute to continuous improvement of tax processes, strengthening speed, accuracy, and team autonomy. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Economics, or related fields. * Experience in tax routines. * Solid knowledge of tax legislation (federal, state, and municipal). * Experience analyzing and delivering tax statements and declarations. * Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and deadlines. * Strong oral and written communication skills. **Nice-to-have qualifications** ------------------------------------- * Postgraduate degree in Tax Law or Tax Accounting. * Prior experience in large-scale or multinational companies. * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. * Knowledge of Power BI. **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Meal allowance and/or food voucher; * Transportation allowance or parking assistance; * Nationwide health and dental insurance plans; * Gym partnership; * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program, subject to achievement of goals; * Birthday day off; * Government program incentives for maternity and paternity leave; * Maternity and paternity kits; * Employee referral program; * Pet care partnership.
