Job Summary: The Service Technical Consultant manages appointments, prospects customers, sells services and parts, and builds long-lasting relationships focused on satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of the service process, from vehicle reception to delivery. \- Schedule services or repairs for internal and external customers; \- Prospect new customers; \- Sell labor and parts; \- Manage quotation processes, including customer credit assessment; \- Sell repair packages, campaigns, and special offers; \- Maintain open communication between the customer and the workshop so that mechanics receive accurate information for diagnosing issues; \- Build and develop a relationship with the customer and deliver\-them excellent service, keeping\-them updated on service progress, explaining the invoice details, and overseeing vehicle delivery upon completion; \- Promote suitable solutions using Scania’s product portfolio and promotional packages; \- Receive the vehicle driver at the service bay, collecting vehicle information (license plate, chassis number, odometer reading, warranty manual, personal documents) and verifying required services; \- Open the service order (SO); \- Prepare estimates; \- Monitor the service being performed on the truck to inform the customer; \- Analyze open, closed, and invoiced service orders to prevent pending items; \- Maintain service order file control; \- Receive new trucks, verifying and confirming that all items match the checklist; \- Perform other related duties; \- Report customer satisfaction surveys; **REQUIREMENT:** Prior experience as a Service Technical Consultant; Completed high school education; Commercial profile. **This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PCD)!** Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$0,01 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Free parking * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Selection question(s): * Do you have experience as a technical consultant?
