Job Summary: Responsible for planning and monitoring team activities, ensuring SLAs, interfacing with clients, monitoring tax/financial processes, and developing the team. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring SLA compliance and quality indicators. Client interface for process alignment and issue resolution. Monitoring of tax and financial processes, ensuring legal compliance. Team training and development. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in financial/tax BPO, including at least 1 year in a leadership role. Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and tax legislation. Preferred: Experience in AGRO sector operations. **Competencies:** Leadership and people management. Decision-making and strategic vision. Clear and assertive communication.
