Supervise and monitor the development of production lines **JOB: PCP SUPERVISOR** Work Location: Londrina \- PR Work Model: 100% On-site Employment Type: Permanent (CLT) ABOUT THE POSITION: We are seeking a professional with systemic vision and dynamism to lead production planning and control, overseeing the factory floor and ensuring process efficiency. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise activities related to production planning and control, based on information received from production processes. * Supervise and monitor the development of production lines through reports and visual verification. * Identify and verify the most urgent bottlenecks together with supervision and general management, proposing immediate solutions and actions. **DESIRED PROFILE:** * Solid experience in PCP within the industrial sector. * Must reside in Londrina or nearby areas, with availability for 100% on-site work. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Technical or higher education degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in electrical, electronic, or related industrial sectors. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Standard business hours (Monday to Friday). * Competitive salary. * Comprehensive benefits package.
