Track orders, payment statuses, order picking, and shipping. Provide customer service via WhatsApp, chat, email, and sales platforms. Support promotional activities, coupons, and commercial campaigns. Monitor best-selling products and identify opportunities for website improvement. Ensure product information organization and standardization. Previous experience as an E-commerce Consultant, Online Sales Specialist, Digital Sales Representative, or E-commerce Sales Executive may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
