Accounts Payable Execution (Operational Support)** * Assist in verifying invoices, bank slips, and bills in the financial system * Support journal entries and payment clearings in the ERP under supervision * Support scheduling of payments (TED, DOC, PIX, and bank slips) * Monitor due dates and assist in organizing payment priorities **2\. Control and Reconciliation (Support and Learning)** * Assist in daily bank reconciliation of financial outflows * Support identification and flagging of financial inconsistencies * Support monthly financial closing * Assist in controlling fixed expenses, provisions, and financial records **3\. Organization and Processes (Technical Training)** * Organize physical and digital financial documents * Follow established standards, workflows, and playbooks for accounts payable * Support maintenance of operational controls * Contribute to process organization and gradual improvement **4\. Support and Integration (Interdepartmental Support)** * Support internal departments (accounting, tax, commercial) in providing financial information * Assist in liaising with UNEPs and projects for data validation * Support preparation of basic financial reports * Support related operational requests from the department **5\.
