Job Summary: Responsible for supporting the company's financial routines, performing journal entries, controls, verifications, and organization of financial and accounting documents. Ensures compliance with financial procedures and standards Responsible for supporting the company's financial routines, performing journal entries, controls, verifications, and organization of financial and accounting documents. Assists in payment, receipt, and reconciliation processes, ensuring compliance with procedures and standards established by the organization. Execute financial processes according to company-defined standards; Record expenses and revenues in the management system; Issue bank slips; Collect and verify documents and information required for preparing Travel Expense Reports; Prepare Travel Expense Reports; Execute financial and tax management of contracts; Interact with all expense-input departments to ensure information is correctly entered into the system (e.g., cost center allocation); Record incoming invoices against purchase orders; Collect, verify, and forward incoming invoices to the responsible person; Collect and forward outgoing invoices to the responsible person; Prepare and send required documentation to the accounting office; Generate and enter tax-related information into the management system's contracts for cost accounting; Analyze and propose improvements to internal controls and the management system; Archive physical documents; Prepare managerial reports for presentation to senior management.
