Your Responsibilities: Serve customers with clarity, courtesy, and technical proficiency; Make accurate recommendations of dishes and beverages according to the café’s standards; Open, manage, and close tables following defined procedures; Maintain an organized, clean, and rhythmically managed dining area throughout your shift; Assist in setting up, restocking, and arranging service stations; Maintain constant communication with management, kitchen, and bar staff; Adhere to operational standards, professional conduct, and demeanor; Embody the café’s service culture in every interaction. Requirements: Clear communication and professional demeanor Operational pace and ability to work under pressure Organization, punctuality, and accountability Skill in recommending dishes and beverages with intention and technique Prior experience as a waiter or restaurant server Work Schedule and Days Off: Tuesday through Sunday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Fixed day off every Monday One Sunday off per month After 90 days of employment: triple day off, earning an additional Tuesday off each month Register at bit.ly/recrutamentoolk Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$2.300,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
