A bakery is seeking a Pastry Cook in Londrina (Parigot de Souza). **Responsibilities:** Prepare doughs, fillings, and toppings for pastries, savory snacks, and desserts, following recipes and quality standards. Roll out, shape, and fill pastries, ensuring uniform size, weight, and presentation. Control frying or oven time and temperature to achieve optimal flavor and texture. Select and prepare ingredients, maintaining food hygiene and freshness. Organize the workbench, utensils, and equipment, keeping the kitchen clean and safe. Monitor ingredient inventory and request replenishment as needed. Record product incidents, waste, or equipment maintenance requirements. Follow hygiene, food safety, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage guidelines. Assist in developing new products and recipe variations as directed by management or the head chef. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient preparation and delivery of products. Previous experience as a Confectioner, Baker, Chef, or Kitchen Assistant may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
