This is an essential role for store operations, responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience and upholding brand standards. Work schedule: 12x36 **Key Responsibilities** * Customer service at counter and cash register * Cup assembly and order preparation (in-store and delivery) * Restocking and organizing products (freezers and accompaniments) * Fruit cutting and preparation * Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store (dining area and kitchen) * Assisting with inventory control and organization * Supporting store opening and closing procedures * Verifying delivery orders (iFood and other platforms) * Adhering to company-defined standards and procedures **Requirements** * No prior experience required (advantageous if experience in customer service or food industry) * Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor in customer interactions * Organizational skills and efficiency * Commitment and accountability * Ability to work effectively in a team **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in customer-facing roles * Experience in açaí shops, ice cream parlors, or food service * Basic knowledge of delivery platforms (iFood) Compensation: R$1\.845,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
