Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior QA Analyst/Tester to ensure product quality by defining test strategies and contributing to the continuous evolution of QA processes. Key Highlights: 1. Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and metrics. We are looking for a **Senior QA Analyst/Tester** to join our ***IT Systems*** team! You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by actively participating in the development lifecycle, defining test strategies, automating test scenarios, and contributing to the continuous evolution of QA processes. The professional will play a critical role in defect prevention, validation of critical functionalities, and supporting squads in developing robust and scalable solutions. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, design, and execute **functional and non-functional test scenarios**. * Lead the definition of the **test strategy** for new features and projects. * Perform **exploratory, integrated, regression, and end-to-end tests**. * Validate data through **SQL** queries and log analysis. * Create clear documentation (test plans, test cases, evidence). * Collaborate with squads to embed a quality culture across the entire team. * Analyze defects, suggest improvements, and support developers in problem investigation. * Contribute to the evolution of QA processes, tools, and metrics. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science**, **Software Engineering**, **Information Systems**, or related fields. * Solid experience as a **Senior QA** or equivalent. * CTFL certification. * Proficiency in manual testing and test scenario design. * Experience with SQL and relational databases. Additional strong differentiators include: * Experience in test automation using tools. * Experience with **Azure Test Plans (Azure DevOps)**. * Knowledge of BDD. * Security testing based on **OWASP**. * Knowledge in the Telecom sector. * *We encourage diversity!
