Job Summary: Professional responsible for controlling access of people and vehicles, recording entry and exit information, and providing friendly information. Key Highlights: 1. Access control and information recording 2. Clear and courteous communication with visitors and staff 3. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and emergencies Receive and identify visitors, service providers, and delivery personnel. Control access of people and vehicles according to established guidelines. Record entry and exit information of visitors and staff. Provide friendly and efficient information to visitors, residents, or staff. Provide guidance on conduct rules and facility operations. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: Completed elementary education. Clear and courteous communication skills. Basic computer knowledge for record management. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and emergencies. Prior experience in security or customer service will be considered a plus.
