**Responsibilities and Duties** **As an Intern at ADAMA, you will:**
* Manage documents (quality management system) and control internal procedures and forms;
* Manage contracts and powers of attorney—files;
* Control and archive documents (interface with external document management company);
* Process supplier purchase requisitions and orders;
* Support the management system (inspections, audits, system records, non-conformities).
**Requirements and Qualifications** **To be a suitable candidate for this position, you must:**
* Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or Chemistry, with expected graduation no earlier than the second semester of 2027;
* Have intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office;
* Demonstrate assertive communication skills.
**You will stand out if you have:**
* Prior experience in internship programs;
* Knowledge of quality management tools;
* Familiarity with IT tools (Power BI, Power Automate, RPA, Forms);
* Intermediate English proficiency.
