Job Summary: Manage the operations of Service Units, focusing on people, business, processes, and results, applying strategic planning and developing innovative solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Integration and cooperation among units Ensure operational management of Service Units within a specific region, managing people, business, processes, and results; apply strategic planning to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions; foster integration and cooperation among managed Service Units and between these units and the Cooperative and its members. **Responsibilities and Duties** Plan and manage the implementation of strategic planning related to the mission of this position, defining strategies for execution in collaboration with Business and Relationship Managers. * Manage all procedures and activities carried out by Service Units, focusing on people management, business, processes, and results, ensuring structure, efficiency, and profitability for the Cooperative. * Manage credit operation analysis, release, and approval processes, involving the Credit Committee when necessary. * Understand, apply, and ensure compliance with human resource management policies, contributing to the development and administration of Service Unit teams—particularly Relationship and Business Managers. * Provide tactical guidance and contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives with Relationship and Business Managers of regional Service Units to achieve strategic objectives and expected results. * Research and analyze information about the financial and cooperative sectors, as well as the local market, and encourage Relationship and Business Managers to do the same. * Represent the Cooperative and maintain relationships with members, the local community, and business owners; participate in Cooperative events, visits, and activities. * Develop and integrate regional Service Unit teams to continuously improve performance, enhance work efficiency, and foster an excellent organizational climate. * Perform other duties related to this position. * Observe all additional responsibilities common to all Service Unit positions. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, or related fields. Specialization: Completed specialization in Cooperative Management, Business Management, Business Management in Cooperatives or Financial Institutions, Financial Management, or related fields. CPA 10 certification.
