Join our team and help transform lives. **The main challenges of this position will be:** * Manage and develop corporate contract portfolios, analyzing performance, leading contractual negotiations for health plan adjustments, fostering relationships, identifying portfolio development opportunities, and controlling claims frequency—contributing to contract sustainability, revenue, and strengthening the cooperative's market presence. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields. * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * Analytical thinking * Negotiation/Persuasion skills * Driver's license category B * Residency in Apucarana/PR **You will stand out if you have:** * Proficiency in BI tools.
