Controls the flow and procurement of materials and validates third-party services. A Human Resources consulting firm is seeking a Facilities Analyst in Curitiba. Novo Tempo RH is a company specialized in recruitment and selection of professionals. It provides human resources consulting services to various organizations. **Responsibilities:** Description of tasks the professional will perform: Responsible for the unit's operational processes, ensuring infrastructure preservation and employee well-being. Initiates and monitors corrective and preventive maintenance (electrical, plumbing, IT, and air conditioning), engaging technicians and service providers as needed. Ensures adherence to the preventive maintenance schedule per contract. Reviews invoices and receipts and performs cost allocations among cost centers. Supports the submission and tracking of documents with suppliers. Controls the flow and procurement of materials (office supplies, uniforms, furniture, and equipment), conducting budgeting, quotations, and purchases. Validates the quality of third-party services (cleaning, security, reception, and concierge). Collaborates with reception to ensure high-quality telephone service and proper handling of documents and packages. Conducts preventive pest control and drinking water quality monitoring. And other activities related to asset preservation. Previous experience as Facilities Coordinator, Facilities Specialist, Facilities Manager, or Facilities Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
