Experience managing multiple stakeholders and strict regulatory deadlines We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to work on the Tax Reform project. Responsibilities Coordinate multidisciplinary teams; Serve as the interface between Agrária and involved consultancies/suppliers; Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and test environments; Ensure deliverables comply with mandatory IT governance gates and artifacts; Periodically report status and KPIs to leadership. **Requirements:** Technical Competencies Proven experience in SAP projects; Understanding of the phases of the 2026 Tax Reform; Knowledge of coexistence between the current tax regime (PIS, COFINS, ICMS, ISS, IPI) and the new taxes operating in parallel; Proficiency in project management methodologies (hybrid or predictive); Experience with scheduling and control tools (MS Project or similar). Expected Experience Experience managing multiple stakeholders and suppliers simultaneously; Experience in cooperatives or agribusiness (preferred); Track record of projects with strict, non-negotiable regulatory deadlines; Experience in projects requiring coexistence of parallel regimes or systems; Experience in organizational change management involving business areas; Experience in environments where external consultants and internal teams collaborate closely.
