




Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, controlling, and evaluating the sales routine, monitoring sales targets and indicators, and engaging in customer prospecting within the real estate sector. Develop tactical plans for customer prospecting Plan, control, and evaluate the sales team's routine and all productivity workflows; Monitor and ensure Pacaembu's customer service standards across all company communication channels, including in-person and remote interactions; Track sales indicators and targets; Train the team to achieve the monthly target; Manage and control incoming leads; Develop tactical sales action plans and activities aimed at prospecting new customers; Participate in internal and external initiatives to promote product commercialization. Requirements: Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Experience in the real estate sector; Experience in leadership and team management; Willingness to travel.
