RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures \- Perform inspections according to Volvo do Brasil's protocol. \- Conduct tests, calibrations, and programming using the VCADS tool. \- Report additional service requirements to the lead mechanic; \- Request operation logging and completion via radio. \- Provide VOAR on-call service (external to the dealership), as scheduled.
