Assisting in the implementation of environmental procedures and controls **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are seeking a professional responsible for overseeing environmental and general services, ensuring proper operation and execution of processes that directly impact the environment. The role ensures compliance with the company's environmental policy, in accordance with current legislation and other applicable requirements. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate environmental sampling and monitoring; Conduct environmental inspections across departments to verify compliance with legal requirements and identify improvement opportunities; Record environmental incidents and track implementation of corrective and preventive actions; Perform inspections at the landfill and control material entry; Monitor effluent treatment and execution of controls at the Wastewater Treatment Plant (ETE); Monitor operations at the waste management center, ensuring compliance with operational procedures; Assist in implementing environmental procedures, controls, training, and activities. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Technical degree in Environmental Science or related fields; Knowledge of environmental legislation; **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Experience in waste management and effluent treatment is a plus; Proficiency in environmental inspections and audits.
