Join our team and help build the future of our company! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your day-to-day will include:** * Studying basic and specific legislation through training sessions and access to Econet tools and services; * Reading and verifying official gazette publications, consultation solutions, and news related to the Confaz, Sefaz, Receita Federal websites, portals, and other relevant agencies, as needed; * Completing exercises, simulations, and assessments; * Practicing client service under supervision from our Technical Management team and our top consultants; * Participating in training for preparing materials and bulletins — orientation and practical activities; * Attending courses offered by Econet Training (online); * Learning assessments; * Performing tasks with emphasis on safety, transparency, and alignment with the team, peers, and executive management. **Upon completion of the Trainee Program, you will perform the following activities:** * Preventive consulting via email and telephone; * Monthly content creation for the Econet website. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we seek:** * Completed undergraduate degree (or currently in the final semester) in Accounting Sciences, Law, or Business Administration; * Strong communication skills; * Willingness to learn and grow; * Availability to work onsite in Bacacheri/Curitiba-PR; * Passion for studying. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Prior experience handling phone-based customer service. **Additional Information** **What we offer:** **During the probationary period:** On-site meals — no payroll deduction; Life insurance; Transportation allowance. **After the probationary period:** Meal allowance; Amil Health Insurance — with co-payment and 40% of the monthly premium covered; DentalUni Dental Insurance; TotalPass and VR Nutrition; Performance bonuses and incentives; Pharmacy partnership; Econet Educational Program (courses and postgraduate programs); Partnerships with educational and leisure institutions. **Conveniences:** Christmas basket; On-site snack bar; Game room; Rest area; Gifts for special occasions; We love celebrating our achievements — get ready for events and parties!
