Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized intern to assist in the administrative activities of the Maintenance team, developing knowledge in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Support in material, equipment, and supplier control We are looking for an intern to join our Maintenance team and assist in the department's administrative activities. If you are organized, proactive, and wish to develop your knowledge in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you! **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break **Main Responsibilities**: * Assist in controlling and organizing departmental documents; * Perform data entry and updates in spreadsheets and systems; * Support the creation and tracking of service orders; * Organize maintenance files and reports; * Provide support for material, equipment, and supplier control; * Assist in scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance; * Provide administrative support for the maintenance team's tasks. **Requirements**: * Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or technical program in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Good communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail; * Ability to work well in a team and eagerness to learn. **Preferred Qualifications**: * Interest in maintenance and production areas.
