Candidates who graduate **starting from June 2028**, and who study during **evening hours or via distance learning (EAD)**, are eligible to apply. **Objective:** We seek curious, collaborative individuals with the courage to propose new ideas and innovations—challenging the status quo. The Syngenta internship aims to develop new talent who will contribute across diverse areas of our company and begin their professional journey at an Agri-Giant. **Responsibilities:** * Support operational activities within departments; * Assist in managerial presentations; * Analyze data and manage departmental KPIs; * Interact with various business units; * Support departmental projects; * Actively participate in the proposed development journey. **Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Be collaborative, curious, courageous, and self-accountable; * Be available to intern for **1.5 to 2 years**; * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering — Production, Chemical, Agricultural, Agronomy, Chemistry, Biology, etc.) with graduation scheduled **from June 2028 onward**; * Study during evening hours or via distance learning (EAD) to accommodate a 6-hour internship schedule (either 8:00–15:00 or 9:00–16:00). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Intermediate-level English proficiency; * Experience developing presentations; * Academic research experience or involvement in student committees. **Additional Information** **Syngenta Offers:** * Competitive remuneration * A wide range of benefits (transportation allowance / shuttle service; meal voucher / on-site meals; medical and dental plans; Wellhub; birthday card; dedicated development time; e-learning platform; birthday day off; Employee Assistance Program) * **Development Journey:** Here, your growth is taken seriously.
