




Job Summary: Work as an Administrative Assistant, performing customer and contract registration and maintenance in specific systems. Key Highlights: 1. Central role in customer and contract registration activities. 2. Maintenance and analysis of registration data. 3. Use of SOC and Protheus systems. Position for Administrative Assistant to work in the center of Curitiba. Responsibilities: Register new customers in the SOC system (companies, units, products, values, and billing criteria). Register sales contracts in the Protheus ERP system (companies, products, and billing parameters). Keep registrations updated according to portfolio customer renewals and inclusion of new services. Analyze and correct inconsistencies in registered data, maintaining contact with internal customers for clarifications and alignment. Requirements: Experience in registration area; experience in healthcare/occupational health is a plus. Familiarity with SOC system is preferred. Intermediate Excel skills and general Office suite knowledge. Deadline-oriented.
