Job Summary: Your daily responsibilities include operational tasks at the restaurant—preparing orders, serving customers, and keeping the environment clean and organized—all with the goal of creating smiles. We’ll count on you for restaurant operational activities: preparing and assembling orders; serving customers; and ensuring that the environment and equipment are always clean. See details below! Customer service is one of the most important parts of this role—it’s our top priority to create smiles! As a crew member, you’ll be responsible for serving customers in our restaurants, including order taking and payment processing—even at our Drive-Thru. Preparing delicious items from our kitchen: sandwiches, McFries, beverages, and desserts—including our famous ice cream cone. ?? You’ll receive training on how to operate appropriate equipment, as well as how to uphold our exceptional standards of quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety. Cleaning and sanitizing our equipment, floors, chairs, tables, restaurant facilities, and surrounding areas—always following official guidelines and the Operations Manual. Participating in our training, onboarding, and communication programs through meetings, webinars, interactive sessions, and technical courses.
