Job Summary:
The professional will be responsible for monitoring and tracking deliveries, customer service, managing incidents with carriers, and handling returns and exchanges.

Logistics Department Functions in E-commerce (Post-Sales):
1\. Delivery Monitoring: Monitor dispatched orders daily to ensure goods are en route according to the established timeline.
2\. Package Tracking: Use carrier platforms and systems to track all deliveries in real time, maintaining up-to-date control.
3\. Customer Service: Proactively inform customers about delivery status, potential delays, estimated arrival time, and other logistics-related incidents.
4\. Carrier Incident Management: Collaborate directly with carriers to resolve issues such as loss, damage, delays, or incorrect deliveries, seeking agile and efficient solutions.
5\. Returns and Exchanges Handling: Manage return requests, including issuing reverse shipping labels, arranging product pickups, and updating statuses in the system.
6\. Post-Sales Support: Assist in customer relationship management after delivery, ensuring satisfaction with receipt and providing support when needed.
