Responsibilities and Duties:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for welcoming customers and providing human-centered, high-quality service. You will exceed their expectations by offering complete solutions—including purchasing pharmaceutical products and services, as well as other categories such as dermocosmetics, convenience items, perfumery, nutrition, and general merchandise. You will also maintain organization, cleanliness, and compliance with sanitary regulations to ensure the best possible customer experience.
As a Cashier (Financial Operator), you will be responsible for in-store cashier operations, including collecting payments and performing opening, cash withdrawal (sangria), and closing procedures. You will also support customer service and store organization to deliver the best shopping experience for our customers.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Completed high school education
Flexible availability for work hours
Minimum guaranteed remuneration: R$ 2\.100,00
