Main Responsibilities * Drafting corporate labor pleadings, with minimum 3 years of experience; * Practice in Labor Law, both preventive and litigation-related; * Drafting procedural documents: defenses, appeals, statements, among others; * Monitoring legal proceedings and strict deadline management; * Attending and conducting labor hearings; * Organizing internal cases and updating legal systems; * Conducting jurisprudential and doctrinal research; * Drafting technical documents and legal opinions related to the field. Mandatory Requirements * Completed Law degree with active OAB registration; * Proven experience in Labor Law, preferably Corporate Labor Law (3 years); * Excellent legal writing and analytical skills; * Organization, responsibility, and results orientation; * Ethical, professional profile with growth mindset; * Familiarity with PJe and other court platforms; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Immediate availability to start. Preferred Qualifications * Intermediate English (written); * Postgraduate degree in Corporate Law; * Ongoing postgraduate studies or professional development courses in Labor Law or related fields; * Familiarity with Legal One and Google systems. Commission and Incentives * 14% commission on the net value of each contract closed by the lawyer, applicable exclusively to clients brought directly (net of applicable taxes). Subject to change per annual policy. * Year-end bonus, prorated based on duration of association during the year.
