Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for developing systems and automations (RPA), optimizing processes, and contributing to the continuous improvement of Sicredi's technological solutions. Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of automations and systems We seek a professional to work on **systems and automation (RPA) development**, contributing to process optimization, reduction of manual tasks, increased operational efficiency, and continuous improvement of Sicredi's technological solutions. Work will involve close collaboration with business and technology areas, ensuring quality, stability, and architectural alignment of developed automations and systems. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design, develop, and test **robots and robotic process automation (RPA)**; * Develop applications following standards for **architecture, infrastructure, and operations**; * Integrate systems via **APIs**; * Document developed solutions to ensure clarity and maintainability; * Support automation and system maintenance by investigating and resolving incidents; * Assist internal teams in implementing new automations; * Administer and continuously improve automation tools; * Handle low-complexity incidents and requests; * Support environment changes aimed at technical improvements, quality, and compliance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** * Minimum of **2 years** of professional experience in development, automation, or technology; * Solid knowledge of **programming logic and logical reasoning**; * Knowledge of **REST APIs**; * Intermediate English proficiency for **technical reading**; * Proactive, organized, inquisitive, creative profile with strong teamwork skills; * Commitment to **quality, security, and stability**; **Desirable Knowledge:** * Programming in **Python**; * **Relational and non-relational databases**; * Basic understanding of **microservices architecture**; * Code versioning with **Git**; * **Data modeling**. **Differentiators:** * Experience with **ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)**; * Data processing using **Pandas** and/or **Polars**; * Database integration using **SQLAlchemy**, **PyMongo**, or **Beanie**; * File manipulation for **CSV, Excel, and JSON**. * Knowledge in: * **Observability and Telemetry;** * **Software Engineering;** * **Software Quality;** * **Agile Methods;** * **RPA;** **Expected Behavioral Profile:** * Analytical ability and critical thinking; * Strong communication skills with both technical and business areas; * Commitment to **quality, security, and stability**; * Interest in continuous learning and technical growth; * Alignment with Sicredi’s cooperative values and culture. **Additional Information** **Our benefits package includes:** Profit Sharing Program (PPR) \- (Up to 3 salaries, per internal policy).
