Thus, we consider ourselves the improbable: those who dare to believe and transform faith into achievements. **Our Values:** Faith, Love, Joy, Integrity, and Boldness. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct **technical trainings, workshops, and labs/demos** for partners and integrators. * Create and maintain **certification tracks**, training materials, and **integration kits** (SDKs/APIs/samples). * Produce and evolve hands-on documentation: integration guides, best practices, troubleshooting, and FAQs. * Support partners and the sales team in **technical discovery**, requirement analysis, and solution design. * Support technical responses to **RFP/RFI**, proposals, and presentations/demonstrations. * Lead and/or coordinate **PoCs and pilots**: scope, success criteria, metrics, and evidence. * Design **reference architectures** (on-prem / cloud / hybrid / edge) and technical “solution briefs”. * Design integrations with **partner stacks and customer systems** (APIs, SDKs, middleware, ABIS/AFIS/IDM, etc.). * Define engineering standards for integrations: **security, privacy, encryption, observability, and resilience**. * Consolidate partner/customer feedback and jointly prioritize improvements with Product/Engineering. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Knowledge of pre-sales/architecture (Identity/Biometrics/Security/Health IT). Proficiency in APIs/SDKs, integration, networking, and security. Familiarity with cloud (IaaS/PaaS), edge/mobile (Android/USB/BT), on-prem, and hybrid environments.
