Job Summary:
Lead the Planning and Control of Maintenance (PCM) strategy, optimizing processes, managing costs, and maximizing asset reliability and efficiency.

**Mission:** Lead the Planning and Control of Maintenance (PCM) strategy, optimizing processes, developing advanced methodologies (e.g., RCM or TPM), managing costs, analyzing complex data, and serving as a technical reference to maximize asset reliability, availability, and overall maintenance efficiency.
**Experience:** Proven solid experience (minimum 5\+ years) in PCM, with strategic involvement in long-term planning, analysis of complex failures, maintenance cost management, and leadership of maintenance improvement projects.
**Education:**
**Minimum:** Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Electrical), Administration, or related fields.
**Desirable:** Postgraduate degree (MBA or specialization) in Maintenance Management, Reliability Engineering, Asset Management, or related areas. Certifications (CMRP, CRE, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, etc.).
**Knowledge:** Proficiency in maintenance techniques (RCM — Reliability-Centered Maintenance, TPM — Total Productive Maintenance), advanced failure analysis (RCA, FMEA), maintenance cost management, strategic maintenance planning, CMMS proficiency (including configuration and advanced reporting), statistical data analysis, project management, technical leadership. Desirable: familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, etc.).
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement the company's maintenance strategy (preventive, predictive, corrective, RCM, TPM, etc.).
* Lead technical teams in analyzing critical and complex failures, defining and implementing actions to eliminate recurrence.
* Manage the maintenance budget, analyzing costs, identifying optimization opportunities, and justifying investments.
* Develop and manage planning for major maintenance shutdowns.
* Develop, critically analyze, and present maintenance KPIs to management/executive leadership, proposing strategic improvement initiatives.
* Lead continuous improvement projects in the maintenance area, applying methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
* Serve as CMMS subject-matter expert and administrator, ensuring proper usage, optimizing configurations, and developing advanced reports.
* Evaluate and propose implementation of new maintenance technologies and techniques.
* Act as mentor and developer for Junior and Mid-level PCM Analysts.
* Manage third-party maintenance contracts (if applicable).
* Ensure compliance with applicable technical, regulatory, and safety standards for maintenance.
* Analyze and propose improvements to operational routines;
* Perform duties in compliance with technical, safety, quality, and environmental preservation standards and procedures;
* Actively participate in company meetings, commitments, and trainings when requested;
* Provide operational support to the work area and perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level, or as assigned by the immediate supervisor;
