Job Summary: A professional responsible for developing budgets, preparing technical drawings, planning construction projects, and ensuring compliance of projects and products with the Quality Management System. Ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday from 09:00 to 17:30; Tuesday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:30, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Develop and prepare budgets using the SICRO methodology and other relevant methodologies; Evaluate preliminary project data; Prepare technical drawings, reports, and spreadsheets; Ensure that products under your responsibility comply with other related projects; Analyze and validate technical components; Assess quantities based on project specifications; Evaluate work produced by interns, assistants, junior analysts, and mid-level analysts; Develop construction planning and scheduling; Implement and ensure adherence to SMS (Safety, Health, and Environment) actions; Implement and ensure adherence to necessary corrective and preventive actions to support smooth operational progress; Implement and ensure adherence to processes in compliance with the Quality Management System. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Postgraduate degree in Road Infrastructure or another qualification relevant to the field.
