Join our team and help build the future of our company! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Job Mission** To serve as the technical reference for the Human Resources Department, ensuring accurate, efficient, and strategic execution of all departmental processes. Act as the focal point for HR, supporting team development and driving continuous improvements, automation, and best practices—reducing management burden and strengthening operations. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Perform and validate complex payroll, labor charge, and statutory obligation calculations (retroactive adjustments, agreements, supplements, integrations, etc.). * Ensure compliance in hiring, termination, vacation, leave, and benefits processes. * Conduct comprehensive payroll reconciliation and ensure adherence to labor legislation. * Support management in preparing strategic reports and analyses (turnover, personnel cost, absenteeism, overtime, leaves, budget). * Lead process reviews, automation initiatives, creation/updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), risk mapping, and continuous improvements. * Address complex employee requests by interpreting labor legislation, Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs), and internal policies to enable sound decisions. * Monitor and support internal and external audits. * Critically analyze payroll system entries, configurations, and integrations, suggesting and validating adjustments. * Track legislative updates and ensure internal practices remain compliant with current laws. * Serve as the technical reference for the team, providing support and training to assistant, junior, and mid-level analysts. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Seek:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields (Technologist or Bachelor's degree). * Solid experience as a generalist HR professional. * In-depth knowledge of labor and social security legislation. * Proven experience with eSocial (all events). * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions, comparisons, basic automation). * Experience implementing or improving processes. * Preferred: Experience with more robust payroll and timekeeping systems. **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** **During the Probationary Period:** Reduced working hours — 40 hours per week; On-site meals — no payroll deduction; Life insurance; Transportation allowance. **After the Probationary Period:** Meal allowance R$ 336.00 — no payroll deduction; Amil Health Insurance — with co-payment and 40% of the monthly premium covered; DentalUni Dental Insurance; TotalPass and VR Nutrition; Performance bonuses and incentives; Pharmacy partnership; Econet Educational (courses and postgraduate programs); Partnerships with educational and leisure institutions. **Conveniences:** Christmas bonus; 1 hour and 30 minutes lunch break; On-site snack bar; Game room; Rest area; Celebratory gifts on special occasions; We love celebrating our achievements — get ready for events and parties!
