As a member of a global team, you are expected to engage in credit and collections-related projects, applying machine learning algorithms and performing ad hoc and periodic risk analyses, with a focus on preparation, management, and analysis of multiple datasets. Additionally, you are expected to collaborate with other members of the risk team and stakeholders across the organization to initiate and implement creative business solutions aligned with business needs. To succeed in this role, strong quantitative, logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions using predictive modeling and AI/ML techniques for credit, risk, and collections teams * Deliver data-driven solutions to business stakeholders using various digital tools available at CNH Capital * Conduct ad hoc analyses of business situations, systems, issues, and problems, as well as research and test new technologies for risk mitigation * Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to generate high-impact insights and recommendations * Prepare and present analysis results via charts, dashboards, and tables, ensuring high quality and appropriate formats for management, peers, and audits * Perform validation and monitoring of risk tools and their application in credit (underwriting), collections, remarketing, or other user areas * Work with IT to create, improve, and maintain structured data; perform data maintenance and governance; and advise on best practices for data retention * Document and keep all procedures and results up to date **Experience Required** ----------------------- * Bachelor’s or MBA degree in a quantitative field or related area (e.g., Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) * Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency * Experience with Microsoft Office and Power BI development * Experience with Azure Databricks and/or SAS, R, Python, VB, SQL, and other programming languages * Experience in data querying and dashboard development * Experience delivering information to business stakeholders using quantitative methodologies * Programming knowledge (R, Python, SAS, VB, SQL, etc.) * Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Analytical mindset, with strong logical reasoning and quantitative abilities **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------------------- * Prior experience in financial services, specifically in credit or collections * Experience developing risk models in financial institutions * Knowledge of key model performance metrics (e.g., KS, Gini, PSI) * Understanding of Central Bank of Brazil regulations and international accounting standards (GAAP), including Stages 1, 2, 3 and provisioning methodologies **What We Offer** ----------------- At CNH, we understand that the best solutions stem from the diverse experiences and skills of our team.
