Manage raw material and supply inventory, verifying receipts and requesting purchases when necessary. Monitor and approve production orders, organizing resource allocation and scheduling of production activities. Update spreadsheets and ERP systems with production-related information. Develop quality control charts, analyzing productivity and waste metrics. Collaborate with PCP analysts, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth production processes and effective interdepartmental communication. Previous experience as a Planning Assistant, Production Analyst, Planning Coordinator, or Logistics Assistant may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this role. Ongoing undergraduate degree required.
