If you are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive on challenges, this may be the perfect opportunity for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** Map, document, and redesign processes across various company departments to achieve operational efficiency and resource optimization; Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in processes, proposing innovative solutions to increase productivity; Develop and implement standardized workflows, ensuring compliance with industry best practices; Monitor and track process performance indicators (KPIs), conducting analyses to ensure continuous improvement; Facilitate interdepartmental communication, ensuring alignment of processes with the company’s strategic objectives; Conduct internal quality audits to ensure process compliance and improvement; Manage non-conformities by developing corrective and preventive action plans, ensuring the effectiveness of proposed actions; Draft and review procedure documents, policies, and quality standards to promote process standardization; Deliver training on quality and continuous improvement to employees; Plan and manage continuous improvement projects from planning through implementation, ensuring delivery within established timelines and budgets; Monitor project execution to ensure requirements and scope are fulfilled as planned; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Quality Management, Project Management, or related fields. **Experience:** * Solid experience in process mapping, analysis, and redesign, with emphasis on resource optimization and continuous improvement; * Experience leading and managing continuous improvement projects, preferably applying methodologies such as PMBOK, Lean, or Agile. **Technical Knowledge:** * Process analysis tools (BPM, flowcharts, SIPOC, among others); * Quality methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, PDCA, ISO 9001\) are desirable; * Project management knowledge (PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalents) is a plus; * Excel and BI tools for data analysis and KPI tracking. The Paraná Company-School Integration Center (CIEE/PR) was founded on August 14, 1967\. It originated as an initiative by a group of educators and business leaders concerned about the mismatch between professional training and student readiness to enter the workforce.
