Job Summary: An internship opportunity in Nutrition for students who wish to observe and assist nutritionists in diverse hospital and centralized food service (UAN) routines, including nutritional assessment, diet prescription, and nutritional education. Nutritional education and supervision of lactary routines **NUTRITION INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY** **Position for:** Nutrition student **Requirements:** \- Currently enrolled from the 3rd semester/term onward \- Availability to intern from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM **Benefits:** \- Transportation allowance \- On-site meal \- Life insurance \- Wellhub (Gympass) \- MAC Corporate Education Academy (certificates issued by Mackenzie). **Responsibilities:** · Accompany the supervising nutritionist to assess the nutritional status of hospitalized patients; · Collaborate with the nutritionist to prescribe diets for various clinical and nutritional conditions; · Recommend appropriate feeding routes (oral, enteral, or parenteral) in case studies; · Monitor clinical and nutritional progress and report findings to the supervising nutritionist; · Provide nutritional guidance together with the supervising nutritionist to support patient discharge; · Deliver nutritional guidance and education as directed by the nutritionist; · Observe lactary activities and report to the supervising nutritionist; · Collaborate with the nutritionist on physical-functional planning of centralized food services (UANs); · Assist in quality control of processes; · Develop menus with all required technical analyses under the supervision of the supervising nutritionist; · Assist the nutrition assistant as needed in tasks such as: separation of milk for pasteurization; labeling of bottles; recording milk entries in the logbook; milk processing; · Conduct data collection and analysis upon request and under supervision of the supervising nutritionist; · Observe lactary routines—including handling and distribution—and assist whenever necessary; · Observe preparation and distribution of enteral diets and infant formulas; · Complete required worksheets for performance indicators. **We support social inclusion, and all our positions are also open to persons with disabilities (PwD).** Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$1\.228,40 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
