We are looking for a professional to be the **balancing point between our strategy and sales execution**. If you are proficient in data tools, passionate about technology, and want to work with one of the most solid brands in the market (VW), this opportunity is for you! **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * **Market Intelligence:** You will be responsible for "mining" opportunities, validating customer data, and creating strategic roadmaps for our sales team. * **Technological Prospecting:** You will use cutting-edge tools to open doors and boost our direct sales. * **Customer Experience Management:** You will support customers in activating technologies and ensure that vehicle registration and delivery processes occur swiftly. * **Marketing and Events Interface:** You will support strategic campaigns (e.g., Taxi Week and PCD Week), including helping create video content and promotional materials. * **Performance Analysis:** You will keep senior management informed by monitoring critical KPIs such as *Daily Share*, and analyzing competitor movements (*Invasion and Evasion*). * Other duties inherent to the role. **What we are looking for:** * **Education:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * **Intermediate Excel proficiency:** You must be comfortable with formulas and spreadsheet organization. * **Profile:** Someone with systemic thinking, strong communication skills to interact across departments, and technological curiosity. * **Availability:** Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM) and Saturdays (8:00 AM to 12:00 PM). **What we offer:** * Fixed salary \+ variable compensation * On-site meals * Participatory dental and health insurance plans after probation period, with multiple provider options.
