**Responsibilities and Duties** **As a Junior Procurement Analyst at ADAMA, you will:**
* Responsible for negotiating and procuring indirect materials and services to meet the requirements of all internal requesters/departments, adhering to quality standards, operational guidelines for third-party service contracting, pricing, and delivery timelines;
* Establish supplier partnerships aimed at reducing costs, extending payment terms, and ensuring consistent deliveries.
* Provide general departmental support, applying strategic and process-oriented thinking to optimize operations, anticipate issues, and issue alerts;
* Analyze suppliers, conduct price quotations, negotiate, and formalize purchases of indirect materials and services;
* Conduct Service Provider Evaluations jointly with requesting departments and QESH;
* Develop/monitor performance indicators (Savings/Cost Avoidance/SLA);
* Draft operational procedures, work instructions, and flowcharts;
* Review supply and/or service provision contracts;
* Monitor processes, propose and implement improvements, and prepare management reports;
* Participate in internal and external meetings—including global and supplier meetings (English/Portuguese);
* Prospect new suppliers and materials through market research to create more viable business options for ADAMA;
* Monitor deviations, corrective actions, process improvements, supply adjustments, and service-level enforcement.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **To be a suitable candidate for this role, you must have:**
* Degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Chemical Engineering and/or Production Engineering;
* Experience in procurement processes (preferably in indirect procurement);
* Intermediate English proficiency.
