Do you fit this profile? **Responsibilities and Duties** Execute employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel movement processes, ensuring proper documentation and legal records. Process payroll, verifying earnings, deductions, statutory contributions, and benefits. Manage electronic time tracking systems, hour banks, overtime, and leave periods. Ensure compliance with statutory and ancillary obligations, including eSocial, FGTS, INSS, RAIS, and DIRF, as applicable. Support employees and managers by clarifying labor and operational questions. Support internal and external audits, ensuring process compliance. Update payroll department controls, reports, and KPIs, contributing to continuous improvement of departmental processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields. Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements, eSocial, and Digital FGTS. Proven experience in payroll department routines, including payroll processing, time tracking, and labor legislation. Advanced English is a plus.
