Together, let’s continue being a source of pride!\[ **Responsibilities:** * Record fiscal documents (incoming, outgoing, and service invoices) in the ERP system, ensuring mandatory fields and applicable fiscal codes are correctly entered. * Verify basic document information—including CNPJ, operation nature, CFOP, CST, and calculation base—prior to ledger entry. * Digitally validate the integrity of electronic invoices (XML) and archive documents per internal guidelines. * Verify correct application of PIS and COFINS rates in transactions, alerting the team upon discrepancies. * Assist in identifying product or supplier registration errors impacting tax calculations. * Flag taxation inconsistencies that may jeopardize compliance with ancillary obligations. * Assist in completing ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions, GIA, DCTF) by collecting and organizing required information under guidance from the responsible analyst. * Archive transmission protocols and receipts to ensure traceability of submitted obligations. * Maintain deadlines and status tracking for declarations, alerting the team about pending items and due dates. * Organize digital documents, keeping folders updated for audits and inspections. * Support internal tax department spreadsheet controls (movements, pending items, reprocessing). * Respond to simple internal requests (e.g., sending document copies, confirming ledger entries, validating basic data). * Follow operational workflows defined by the tax/accounting management, adhering to work instructions and quality standards. * Support the tax team with routine tasks during critical periods of tax assessment or closing. * Contribute to organizing and standardizing departmental activities by proposing simple daily improvements. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Minimum of 6 months of administrative or tax-related experience, preferably involving fiscal document recording. * Completed high school education; technical course in Accounting or ongoing undergraduate studies in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields. **Desirable:** * Basic understanding of taxation (PIS, COFINS). * Familiarity with fiscal documents (NF-e, NFS-e). * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. * Document organization and spreadsheet control skills. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance * Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Life Insurance * Medical and Dental Assistance * Birthday Day Off **Pride – Take pride in your story.**
