Job Summary: Kitchen Assistant to support pre-preparation, preparation, and plating of dishes, as well as maintaining kitchen organization and hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in the role is a plus. 2. Agility, organization, and commitment are required. 3. Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety. Kitchen Assistant \- Assist in pre\-preparation, preparation, and plating of dishes. • Wash, sanitize, and organize kitchen utensils and equipment. • Support inventory control and food storage. • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization. * Follow instructions from the cook/chef and good food handling practices. Prior experience in this role is a plus. • Agility, organization, and commitment. • Willingness to work as part of a team. * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety. • Must reside in the northern zone of Porto Alegre or Alvorada.
