Join our team and become part of a group that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** Monitor and control the mechanical workshop’s productivity; Verify time-tracking entries, service orders (SOs), and standard maintenance times; Ensure correct opening, progress, and closing of service orders in the management system; Identify productivity deviations and propose improvement actions together with the workshop leadership; Support the after\-sales/workshop manager in capacity analysis, operational bottlenecks, and demand planning; Collaborate with Parts, Warranty, and Customer Service departments to ensure process efficiency and quality; Support internal audits, manufacturer inspections, and compliance with dealership standards; Contribute to continuous process improvement, aiming for increased efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (a university degree is a plus); * Prior experience in production control, productivity monitoring, or administrative routines in workshops (experience in truck, bus, or heavy machinery dealerships is desirable); * Knowledge of service orders, standard times, and automotive after\-sales routines; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and management systems; * Easy access to the São Leopoldo/RS region. **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS—THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR EMPLOYEES IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We offer the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond them.
