Job Summary: Operate extruder machines, controlling parameters, monitoring production flow, and ensuring feed quality, performing inspections and making operational adjustments. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibility for preventive maintenance and cleaning **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate extruder machines, controlling temperature, pressure, humidity, and other process parameters. * Monitor production flow to ensure feed standardization and quality. * Make operational adjustments as needed to ensure proper equipment performance. * Feed the extruder with raw materials according to pre-established formulas. * Conduct visual inspection and quality control of the product during production. * Identify and report equipment failures, irregularities, or maintenance requirements. * Assist in cleaning, preservation, and preventive maintenance of the extruder and related area. * Record production data, losses, and incidents occurring during the process. * Comply with occupational safety, environmental, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations.
